One domain you own

Mailboxes on that domain: ops@ (jobs) plus person boxes
Phone at the store: photo or voice memo → Mail → ops@

Desk stays on the LAN. The tunnel is not a second “internal” domain

After purchase: phone is the capture. ops@ is the inbox.

You point one domain at the house mail host. Jobs go to ops@your-domain — not a person mailbox. The house reads that one box and files the job. Person boxes get invites and asks only.

1 · On the phone

Picture or audio

Take a photo of a receipt, invoice, or job. Or record a short voice memo (timesheet, care note, day memo). Old Android Mail is enough. No store app required.

2 · Send

To ops@‹your domain›

Copy a subject from the cheat sheet, or pick it in the capture PWA dropdown. Attach the file. Send from the phone’s own Mail — store, job site, or another house. Cellular works.

3 · At the house

The system files it

IMAP tick, subject rule, proof on disk, classified line in My Data. You open the list and see it. Fix a type if needed. You do not key forty receipts.

One word. Attach evidence. The agent classifies the line. A cheat sheet is emailed to the household after install.

Phone Mail or the capture PWA → ops@your-domain. Bank PDF, grocery, gas, utility, timesheet audio. Desk Listen when you are in the house (US). EU: mic off.

Agent files

Proof on disk. Expense and income types classify the lines. mail_id and proof_id stay on the row. People mail never mixes into jobs.

My Data list

Household tables plus light CRUD — look, fix a type, soft-delete. Apps are pages on those tables. Not a pile of blank forms.
